Game Help / Account Registration?

My Feralheart account was deleted for reasons I do not know, but that's not the point.
I miss FeralHeart. It was an amazing game and I met so many friends. I want to sign up again.
However, it has come to my understanding that the registration randomly opens. Red's forum post regarding account registration suggests to check every two hours- which I tried for one week. I never saw it open. This week I've been checking every hour. Still nothing. Has the registration simply closed for good? (If so, please let me know so I don't waste my time.)
If it isn't closed for good, however, does anyone have any additional tips on catching the registration open? I would really like to hear some. Thank you!
