Game Help / White characters

Hi, I'm new to the game and for some reason I see most of the characters from other users White. Is it because they are using presets? Is there a way to fix it?

I think I used numpad when I registered, in that case, is it better if I change password?
I use spanish keyboard, I will try changing the setting to us

I´ll try to explain as detailed as I can and hopefully we will be able to come up with a solution! 
So I log in on the browser and it appears everything is fine since this is the message I get
"YoU MusT KeeP THIs pAgE opEn wHiLE you plaY Logout
Please note if your using a page refreshing addon this page now only needs to be reloaded once an hour

Then I open the game and type the same username and password and this is the messages I get
"Connecting to front server..."
"Request accepted, sending login..."
"Incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts causes 15min ban)"
So I log in on the browser and it appears everything is fine since this is the message I get

Indeed, just in case, is the forum password and username the same as the game one? Because if it is it means I'm typing it correctly since I could log in from browser

Ok, so every time I try to log in from the browser, the page doesn't update so I can't play the game. I tried deleting the cache and cookies but still doesn't work
