I've made sure to follow the instructions you gave me and I have been doing them all correctly, my firewall and internet connection are also working well. It must just be one of those things, I might try tomorrow.

I'm using the new website page to log in, and it does log me in, but it does not come up with the character creator bit it just has the background of that area with a box saying loading. It loads  forever. Idk what to do.
