Look up to make it go up, look down to make it go down. If you want it to stay there press the left "alt" key again.

Okies, can you tell me how to look up and down please?

Hi there, I new to Feral Heart and I've seen others on the game move their character's heads to look upwards or down. But I can't get mine to do it, so I was wondering if somebody could tell me how to do this then I would be very greatfull.
