Game Help / How to fix my game so That I can see The Atlantis portal and use it

I am Zila75, I heard about the Atlantis Portal and had someone show me how to get to it, however when we got there they could see it and i couldn't. Now I am wondering how to fix it so that I can see The portal and use it.
