I'm sorry, but it's very difficult for me to help you with only these details. Can you even tell, what kind of files you were replacing? Only image files?

I'm speculating that FeralHeart tries to create a GUI object named CharCreateScreen/SX11, that uses 1 or more image files to work. If you deleted or modified any of the images, the creation of the GUI object may fail and that could explain the error message.

Although I believe that at this point it may be easier for you to just reinstall whole game.

If you remember the exact date, when the account was created it might be possible to find out the username.

So.. I was trying to replace my terrain textures. I did everything normally but when I go into the game (the character creation screen is where the error keeps popping up)
it gives me this weird error? I didn't even do anything to the GUI but it says it's missing now? I have no idea how/why this happened and idek what the error means so if
someone could explain to me what happened that would be great  :'( I tried looking for duplicate particles, unusual files, etc, and it still will not let me open the game.
Every time I load it it loads normally but the moment I go to preset creator or go to character creator it crashes immediately, and the error comes up.

I'm just a bit confused how this even happened. As I stated, I was not fiddling with any of the GUI of FH and yet now it says there's missing files and I'm like what files..?
I tried looking in my recycle bin but I can't find anything from FH that I might've accidentally deleted, so I have genuinely no idea what's going on here or what's causing the error.

If applicable, I may need backup file/s if they're needed to solve this. Awfully sorry if I sound stupid, usually I'm pretty decent at finding the
culprit of errors, but this one has me stumped, unfortunately. Thanks!  :)

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to recover someone's account via their email address unless they have access to said email account.

I don't know, what's wrong. I've never heard of that item pack and therefore I believe the problem could be in the item pack.

I would recommend this Legendary Items v4.3 instead, as described in this thread: https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=66501.msg914410#new

Hi, I'm trying to get some help with recovering an old account. I used to play FeralHeart a lot when I was much younger and recently felt nostalgic and wanted to come back but unfortunately I can't remember my username and I can't seem to access the original email account I used at the time.

I think I remember one or two possible email addresses the account might've been under, and I also have an email from 2018 related to updating my password which I can give.

I hope this isn't too much of a hassle and I would be so grateful if someone would be able to help me, and would be more than happy to provide any details needed through PM.

I have downloaded and installed the Legendary Easy Install pack but alot of neck items are not in their correct position. I made sure to follow a guide to install it correctly but I really don't know what when wrong
