I can't play the game!

I installed the game, but it keeps saying my username or password are wrong. I double checked to make sure that I did everything right, and it still won't let me log into the game. Is there something else I need to do? I am seriously wanting to play the game. Please help ASAP.

I looked at that, and none of it helped! What do I do now? Does anyone have any idea what to do or what is wrong with it?
