I'm dying here!

I have a big problem. Here's what happens; I go into Feral heart and I log in. Its says "Request Excepted, sending login..." After a few seconds it's freezes and my regular mouse pointer pops up. Please help me!

this has heppened to a few of my friends with old computers. do u have an old comp?

it's an MSI. i'm not sure if it's that old.

Yeah, that's happened to me too. Usually, for me, it's because my internet is acting up. Have you checked for that yet? If the internet connection is low, what I do is I unplug my router then plug it back in. If that's not it, then sorry idk what it is =/ ....But i hoped what i said helped :3

this has happened to me -.-" sometimes i just make "restart", and the game works :) i hope u will solve the problem :)
