Can someone help me find these? (water balls?)

I've seen these around and was wondering if anyone knew where/how to get them? I would really love to use them.... Please help me?

okay now it looks like those, but those are like actual water where you can run into it and go upwards, like rising in water? How would I make mine do that?

thats really simple on your object maker do the BasicSphere.mesh then waterMat the go onto collision then go down the list so see WaterSphere then place the water sphere over the BasicSphere.mesh  and you good
