Export it first. Then import the .fhm and .fho's, and if you have any, the .fhw and .fhs. ZIts best to put all of these in one zip file. More info: http://feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=141.0
