I'm new and I can't download FH correctly!

I tried downloading the Game Setup above the Patch, but after I enter my username and pass, it keeps telling mme it's wrong.

Nothing is working! D:.
I can't even make a new account. -- and this is the only account I have! It's either telling my the username is in use, or that the pass is in use - even when I create a completely random username and password, it still says it's available, but when I go to send in my account info to sign up, it says that it is UNavailable.
