If it was something you actually did when making maps, backtracing what you did and then resolve the changes you did would be a wise call, thing is you're really the only one that knows what you did when you made them maps.
If you don't want to do that, and just removing the map you made didn't help, a reinstall should really.
Just make sure you remove all FH content and make sure to backup on files you know wont make any problems for the game.
