Jewel whiped her head towards Tushar "You say WHAT?!" she yelled. Tushar took a step back, he twitched as he spoke "Come on Jewel! What's the worst that could happen?" Suki scratched behind her ear "So.... Are we going or not?" she asked. Tushar looked at Jewel, Jewel's eyes were unsure,then she rolled them. "Fine" she said annoyed. Tushar and Suki both looked joyfull "YAY!!" they yellled.
There were a lot of dogs lined up to get their team numbers. First they'd have to make their pawprint on a sheet of paper, then get collars with a number in it. Tushar and Jewel was in the middle of the line. Suddenly Tushar started to hear ows and heys, Three large blackish wolves came walking beside the line. The largest and blackest wolf was in the back. He had a large scar slicing down from his forehead to his snout. Tushar recongized that scar,and the wolf, he'd seen it in pictures. Could it be? Was that the most vicious,bloodthristy, and most evil wolf in the town? Yes, it was Rage, and his minons, Jet and Duff. They were both lighter than Rage,evil as Rage, but cowards. When Rage's line came up to Tushar and Jewel,Jewel wasn't paying attention so Rage purposly stepped on her paw. "OW!! Hey!" she snapped as she pulled back her paw and licked it. Rage had dug his dewclaw into Jewel's paw when he stepped on it. Tushar watched Jewel lick her paw hardly. Tushar thrashed his head toward's Rage and yelled harshly "Hey! You you can't do that to her!" Every dog gasped at Tushar, he felt embrrassred although Rage looked slightly threatened. Though abashed Tushar lowered his head and growled at Rage. Now Rage looked threatened, but he still stood fearless. He raised his paw and slammed Tushar's face in the snow and whispered in his ear, "Listen, I don't want to up a fight or anything, but from now on. Watch your back." Rage lifted his paw and Tushar scrambled to his. Rage,Jet, and Duff walked by Tushar and Jewel. Jewel was finished licking her paw and whisper to Tushar. "I don't to scare you or anything but I think Rage is right. From now on you should watch your back." she said.
