NEED HELP

When ever i login to the game and choose a character my computer says feralhear.exe stoped working, i already redownloaded the game but it didnt work, can someone help?

Try to run the game with another Rendering System.
You can also try to make a new account and test if you can go online with this.

Update your Graphics card. Make sure to have the latest Open GL and Direct 3D drivers.
