FH+ all black everywhere

I downloaded and instaled Fh+ two days ago and tried playing it but when i tried to get on all i saw was black and everyone floating. it was even black when trying to create a character but idk if its suppose to be like that. i tried everything to fix it i even redownloaded and reinstaled but nothing changed.

Did you reset your home to bonfire and then hit "go home"?

If that doesn't work. Uninstall, and completely delete the files and then redownload and reinstall.
