Map crashing and not appearing problems

Okay so recently I made a wolf pack and there's a map for it (Not made by me) and it's a really nice map too. But there is one person who will enter on their character (or try to) and their game will completely crash. It won't say anything, just close out of the window. Then there are other people who try to install it and it just doesn't show up. They say they've done everything right and put everything where it belongs but they couldn't fix it. Please help, I really want this to work

I'd go through your codes and look over them along with the help or any tutorials you may have used.
You may have made a typo or forgot something.
Maybe you forget a file in the download? o: Did you include it all?
And does this map work for you?

It works well for me but it's just my pack members that aren't really sure what to do. I'll ask them about if they forgot anything. Thanks for the help!
