I downloaded the game but for some reason when i click on the three golden paws the screen gets all pixelated and when i type my user and password it says ''you have tried to log in 5 times you have been banned for 15 minuets!'' help me please!

Ok, on the home screen you will see an options button.  Click it and then click the video tab.  Scroll down until you find 'Rendering Subsystem' and choose the one that's not highlighted.  And with the logging in problems, you have either typed your username or password in wrong, or you have symbols in your username.  If you have symbols in your username, I would just make a new user without any symbols in it.

]Make shore your account name is correct If not try downloading the New patch on the official downloads if not sadly you will more then likely have to delete you account and make a new one but it takes about 3-4 days to delete your account so try make a new Email
