Ogre #3 ? Help?

OK so i keep getting the Ogre error #3 and what is it and how to i fix it? Ive restarted my computer and it worked fine but a few hours later it pops up again. Does re-installing help at all?

I will help my big sis helped me with mine ... she works at a Think called Sage Internet Company.... and u have to delete all folders of feralheart and Download it agaiin ( It worked for me ) Hope it helped!! ;D ;)

^ That's one way that will most likely solve OGRE errors, but sometimes, it's really a simple issue, and not necessary.
