For christmas my mom got me a computer in my room i downloaded feralheart and it worked perfectly. So i went to play feralheart today and my characters are all messed up like i have a character named aqua and she was blue with light blue swirl markings on her body tail and head but now when i am scrolling through characters her body and head is dark blue and her tail is the color of what her markings were (it does not show the markings anymore) and it does that with the other ones too and i was going to play as one of my chars an see if i look how i normally do to other people but it wont let me it loads and then crashs here is a pic of her messed up (sorry i dont have a pic of her when she was normal)
any ideas of what is wrong and how to fix it because i am not allowed to play feralheart on our living room computer
i have also re downloaded the game twice
