help my game just keeps saying "connecting to front server"

I downloaded the game and when I love-in it'll say "connecting to front server" but it never let me play the game or even make the character. I re downloaded the game like 3 times and it still does the same thing and I really want to play D:

First off, this should be in the HELP section, post it there next time
Make sure the game is running with administrative permissions and is not being blocked from communications by your antivirus programs and that the internet you are using is not restricted (such as a public school WiFi channel)
