I downloaded a map for an rp i joined, and when i got to the Cape Portal it wasnt there even tho i had everything in exports. I have tried everything from reinstalling FH to redownlaoding the map, removing all my characters from The Cape to copying everything and pasting it in exports.

Even after installing again? Well, maybe make sure you have the fhm file, which is the map itself, placed in exports, and maybe copy and paste it in Media > Terrains > Maps aswell. See if it helps?

EDIT: I did what you said and it's still not in The Cape

Make sure all the right files are being placed in there. Sometimes files are packaged in sub folders and the game will not be able to find them if they are not in the root directory it's looking for. If the map is Zipped, make sure you extracted it, as the game cannot do anything with .zip or .rar files.
If all else fails, the map might be corrupted or incorrectly exported.

I dont think its corrupted because some of my friends got it without problem... I'm pretty sure i have  exported correctly... i've unzipped them all and and i've checked to make sure their not sub folders. I'm starting to think i should just let this map and rp go :I
