Log-in problem?

Um, so, I just signed up awhile ago and downloaded the game. I'm trying to play it but every time I try to log in on the actual game window it says that I have entered an invalid username or password- when I've typed them both in correctly. Why won't it work?

This is a common issue. Try creating a new password under your profile settings, and try again. It is case sensitive I think as well, so make sure you are typing it exactly as you would for the forum.
