FH and FH+ Problems

Hey, I was on FH earlier today and everything was fine, but now as soon as I press the icon it crashes... I have tried re downloading it but it does the same.

Also for FH+ everytime I log in I'm in a black screen, I press the go home button but there is none o.0.. Like I press B them go to the "Home" tab but in the home tab there is no home.... I tried doing reset home but it says the map is no found o.0 please someone help!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much... Now all I need is to find a way for regular FH to stop crashing.
