resizing a mesh?

I've got an item but it doesn't fit neck2 well.position is good,but the item is a bit shorter than the neck.how can i resize this mesh in object maker?also,it won't show in canine's neck.my item's texture has got holes on it,can i have a script about solid textures and transparent holes?

I dont think you can make necks its part of the body

I put my necklace the right place,but how can i resize the necklace via material or via object maker?

go to paint or photo shop and enlarge it

When it comes to re-sizing meshes, unless you have something that actually READS a .mesh file, there's no way to resize it.

And anastasia, it's a mesh not a picture.

You'd just need to resize it in blender or whatever program you used to make it.
