Disable your virus protection/Firewall. Could be blocking the download and installation

Did u make sure ur firewall and virus protector are both off? From the image you posted its something ur computer is believing isnt trusted and is only thing i can say is wrong. Perhaps since i see your download is on the update of direct X, a suggestion would be to go manually download direct X to the most updated version, and re try the download of FH.
