cannot download maps _ HELP PLEASE!

okay, so i cannot for the life of me figure out all this fancy names and coding in order to download and use some maps some friends made.

so, if anyone can, please take me baby-step by baby-step on how to do this thing.

so far, iv downloaded the file and found exports.

You need to get all the files out of the download folder
Place them all in the exports folder
Go to Cape of Distant Worlds and find the map portal

If the folder is a 7-Zip folder you right click it>>7-zip>>Extract all or something
Exact same with WinRar. If a normal folder appears then just open it up.
