Possibilities:

1. It is cap sensitive (meaning if your password is: CaTmEoW   then you have to capitalize the C, T, E, & W but none of the other letters)

2. You might have forgotten a small number or letter after the word... like 0 or s

3. You might have forgotten the whole password/username :/

4. It might just be FH, not you. This happened to my friend when she tried to make an account, she wrote the password & username down but still FH didnt let her in, it obviously wasn't her fault.

If none of these help, all I can tell you is to:

1. Delete your account and make a new one, this time write your username + password down.

2. Change your password. FH will then send a new password to your email and you can change it after :)                                  



It is either your password or username that is messed up, or it could be both :/
