Log In Crash

Hello!
Okay, so recently, I had gotten the "Feralheart.exe has stopped working" message. I had recently gotten this message awhile ago, so I reinstalled. Still didn't work.
I tried everything that I could find on the forums, and nothing worked out.
So FINALLY my friend and I tested something. She logged into her account and it worked PERFECTLY. So we tried my account, and it crashed. It's been at least 3 weeks now and it still isn't letting me on in my account.
Someone please help, because I'm not sure what to do anymore xD

Oh well that's different... Well based off of what I know when it comes to Feral Heart. Since I know that sometimes the maps have problems loading maybe your characters are having problems loading so it causes a crash. So here's a small list of solutions:
1. Try getting a stronger internet connection if you can.
2. Try logging in on a different computer.
3. Make a new account.
I suggest trying 3 last and maybe see if anyone else has any better ideas before you try 3. I hope I was some help.

Try having a look through Red's big help thread just scroll down until you see "Unable to log in/Go online".

I tried all the two steps and still nothing worked.
I also looked through the Help Thread and still couldn't find my solution. :/
