Why's it that the registration has been offline for so long ? And when will it be back online ?
A couple friends of mine wanna sign up and have been trying for almost a month now, but it still says the registration is closed. Anyone know what's up ?

As a result of too many new users trying to make accounts, registration has been limited.
Unfortunately, it only opens at random times, nobody knows exactly when it will be open. Anyone who wants to join has to watch the forum closely, I'm afraid~
I believe Razmirz has made a post explaining it further, if you want to look for that.

Like StereoKitty and Keerigishi said the registrations are open at random so your friends will just have to watch and wait.
