Game won't load.

Hello guys,  I just recently downloaded FeralHeart... I beleive i installed it right, i went through the whole process and installed windows directx or something. Anyways, it wont let me get on the game... when i click the file and then click okay at the like lion wolf thing with options, it stops and says 'not responding windows is checking for a solution'. All help is greatly appreciated.

Scroll down the post to the part where it says "How to fix it" with orange text and follow the instructions. If that doesn't sort it you should do a clean install of the game, remove all the content installed for feralheart.

C:\FeralHeart

Then install the game with a new downloaded installer.

If the game still wont work for you after that it could be that you must install updates for windows such as C++ packs and possibly drivers for your graphics card.

Do you think the type of computer i have makes a difference?  i have a dell for like five years. I have wolfquest and it works, so i dont know what the problem is.  My sister got a new laptop it is a hp and it works on hers, thats why i wonder if that is what the problem is.

What kind of computer you use play a big role no matter what kind of game you play, but games should work on the majority unless they are too old.

Just because you can run wolfquest doesn't mean FH will work like a charm however. A 5 year old Dell isn't the most solid computer to use for FH I'd say, but FH should at least boot if you have updated your computer properly. I'd suggest to follow the steps posted above.
