DirectX Won't Install?

When I try to install FH on a friend's computer, this comes up when it tries to download DirectX. Anyone know what I should do? She can't really play the game without it because of how laggy FH is.

1. Make sure that noton (a annoying program, even it collets virus, they won't let people download virus-free games such as warrior cats untold tales)

3. Make sure that the computer is new and not old, feralheart is very lagged and won't work well in old. Omputers.
