Unable to sign into the game

Like the title says - I am unable to sign into Feralheart. Obviously signing into the website is no problem. However, after resetting my password multiple times, and attempting to log in more times than I could count - I seriously need help! D:

Bear in mind, this is not my first time on FeralHeart.
For my previous account, BlazeShadow, I have forgotten the password, forcing me to create a new one. I have had this account for a while, but I haven't entered the game on this new account.

Is this a new bug, where new accounts cannot sign into the game? I have never experienced such a problem and therefore this is why I am seeking help.
If someone were to help me, their assistance is appreciated.

Make sure you are typing your password right and also make sure your caps lock is off. That might help a bit and make sure your connection is fine.
