FeralHeart.exe not working

I can log into the game but when I try to go in with a character it sends a pop up that says feralheart.exe has stopped working. Am I going to have to uninstall and reinstall it? Anyone know?

Try to wait some minutes, maybe 10, if it still doesnt work try to reinstall the game

I'd reinstall. But save any maps or presets if you have them before uninstalling.

Another Problem: I just exported my map, and then tried entering FH. But apparently, something went wrong, as it didn't work. I tried deleting my map, thinking it was the problem, bit it still wouldn't work. Also, if I reinstall FH, would my charries still be there? If someone replies, it would me much appreciated.
