ok so i reached the top of ac. island but i dont see skyrim portal! help!  ???

Could you show a screenshot of when you're on the top?
Because you might actually be on wrong 'top' :3

ok, try to reinstall the game.
Dont forget to delete the whole FeralHeart folder.
