Cant find material file?

Ok so my friend downloaded a preset from me and put them in the preset folder.Then when he tried to see mein the game he couldnt see me so i asked him to check his preset folder for the material file and its not there.I e mailed him the material file but he says he cant copy to paste it in the preset folder.What should he do?

For presets, you have to create it in the preset maker in-game and export it. Have you follow tutorials?

he looked at it with the preset maker and saw it black and yellow.he needs the material file to see it because it has special coding because its transparent.But he cant even copy it into the folder

He does not need the material.
Here's some instructions on how to get him to be able to see it:
1. Launch FH and go to Tools and Preset Maker.
2. Select your preset.
3. Click "Export"
4. Go to your "presets" folder. (presets, not my_presets)
5. Look for the file that was exported. It will be in this format
(username)_(preset no.).fhp
6. Either e-mail or put the file up for download on mediafire.com for him.
7. Have him place the .fhp in his "presets" folder. (again, not "my_presets," "presets")

And if you do all this, he will be able to see it once you go ingame wearing the preset on a character.
