I can't figure out how to invite people to a group

I read the tutorials and checked the big help thread but I still can't figure it out.

First you need to create a group.
You must be the owner of the group also. If you are not this might explain why.
If you are here is what you do.

1. Double click on the persons character or their name on the chat box.
2. You will see a profile of them, click a button that says group invite.
3. The user must go to their bio and accept the request.
