Stay indoors under air-con. Don't exert self physically. Stay in shaded areas. Stay hydrated, wear revealing clothing-/shot.

1. Thanks for the advice, Cloud.

2. Another thing, when I use my laptop. It lets hot air out of a corner on the bottom, which comes a little from the side. Its not really that bad though..

Staying near anything that puts out heat isn't good to have running, a.e hot shower/laptop/oven/machines like desktops or televisions. Especially if trying to keep cool.

This is what I'd do during heat waves, not sure you might do this aswell though~

1. Swim whenever you can~ And when you can, try to long periods of time, I personnaly normally do five hours. (This will only work if you have a pool or theres a public one in your neighborhood.......well, I think you get a Pool is essential to do this XDD)

2. Stand in front of air conditioners alot, and put them on full blast~

3. Wear thin, light-coloured clothing. Dark colours attract the sun.

4. Avoid Blankets at all costs BI -shot-
