FH Login Not Working

I have had the game downloaded since last year and just registered today (July 26th). I registered, got my account activated and all that mumbo-jumbo, I opened the download and it said the information I was entering was false, even though I am 100% it was the right password and stuff. I even reset my password and tried again and it didn't work. I didn't try so much that I got banned, though.

Please help!

Is your username over 15 characters long? If so, you'll have to catch registration open again and get a new account, since FH doesn't allow accounts over 15 characters long. If it has symbols it may also be glitchy.

Make sure you do not have over 16 characters in your username or password, otherwise your login won't work -as Devynex has already mentioned.

If your account username is more then 16 characters long, your gonna need to register for a new account hun, the server does not allow these types of usernames in, since their to long to activate or display correctly. You can also check the things provided above ^^

Hmm, well, does your password have any capitalized characters? For me I had to completely change mine once because I swore it was case sensitive, but I'm not 100% sure! It worked on the forums but not the game. That was my problem though, maybe consider what the other members have mentioned if not already.
