my game wont work

i have logged in a dozen times and i made like 6 different animals and then i click start and all i get in is a black screen i can see my person but that is it nothing else

If you are using FH+, then download the regular FH, FH+ is buggy.

If you are using regular FH, then uninstall it through your control panel, and start installing it again. When prompted for the installation location type in c/feralheart. This should fix it.
