Issues Loging in

Yeah um....  So I open up FH, I type in my password (caplock was not on and I typed it in very carefully)
and I click login....And this thing pops up and it says 'incorrect username or password.'
So I type in my pass again and it does the same thing.  My username is correct and everything else....

Help?...

Well,If your Password has Weird Symbols or Signs like '%' or '#" Then you need to change it.Go to Profile and Look around to see where you can change your Pass ^^

You can also change your password by logging into our glitchy gold box at the top right of the page. Click on user details and you should be able to change it from there. Also be aware that any symbols etc will throw it off, and if you use numbers don't use your num pad. Hope you get it all sorted. ^_^

My password doesn't have symbols...  It has letters and numbers.
Plus, (I know this sounds odd) my account on the forum isn't the same account in game.  So I can't really change my password...
