i try to login for the game but it keeps saying incorrect password or username, i checked very carefully on the email about my account's username and password but it didn't work, can someone help me please?

If your password have numbers dont use the numberpad in the keyboard because it does not work.

You can try to reset your acount password to another one.

alright, so that means i have to make a new password without numbers?....okay i'll try it out

Unfortunately this is a glitch which seems to happen to people with longer usernames ( although not tested so don't quote me on this)

The best advice I can give you is to make a brand new account. Remember when creating your password not to have caps-lock on or use the numpad.

If your password has any caps in it. you might want to something more simple and easy to remember.
