Blender and Items, will they find true love?
« on: July 23, 2012, 07:18:12 pm »
Ok I finally got my Blender up and running and I am able to import and export meshes.

I am using the same versions as Hammy btw (Thanks Hammy)

Now what I need to know is, are they any special tricks when making items? I want to make a form of armor for wolves but I want to make the pieces follow the movements of the body and don't just sit in space.

I also see that the Item.cfg file is key in this but is there like an area map for the canine mesh so I know my placement?

As far as I know, there isn't a way to make the items actually "move" with the body due to the game's current coding.

If you haven't already checked this out, you may find it useful.
