i really need help, it WILL not let me download it says corrupt or some crap PLEASE help its rally peeing me off!

That means it didn't finish downloading properly. I would suggest trying one more time with the regular FH download and if that doesn't work, try the torrent.

To download with the torrent you'll need uTorrent.
Click here to download uTorrent.
Then click here to download the torrent version of the installer.

The rest is pretty self explanatory.
