Feral heart black screen please help

Whenever I go into feral heart, i made my character and all, and then once im in the actual game, all that there is is blackness all around me. Before i downloaded it, it said it might have this problem, and said to reset your home to bon fire islands or something. i tried to, but it wont let me type in the place at all. so i dont know what to do.

I would guess that you're trying to use Feral Heart + then. My best advice to you is to stick to the original or regular Feral Heart. Feral Heart + is not as well managed or updated as the regular Feral Heart and is VERY buggy and glitchy. The regular Feral Heart will give you less headaches. But of course if you still decide to use it you could try out the link Milleniuco gave you. Goodluck.
