FeralHeartexe.Stopped Working?

Okay I was on Feral Heart, then I chosen my character, so when I waiting it for it to load, it says, FeralHeart Has Stop working. But I got good condition, Help?

Just keep trying to get on that character, or just use the Character reset button.
