Portal Glitch?

A friend of mine is having problems with my map. She downloaded it the other day and it worked like a charm. And just today she came into Cape Of Distant Worlds and couldn't find the map, "it was nowhere to be seen." So, here's the story; she had the map (working fine), today the portal went missing and she didn't change any of the files, what so ever.

Need help please. It's important that this is fixed, please contribute. c:

The only way the portal would have gone missing is if it was never there in the first place. She probably did make some mistake during the downloading process if so tell her to follow these steps:

Install downloaded maps like so:
1.) Follow the "read me" file if you included one and place the files in the places where it says. Most of the files should go into the "Exports" folder

Or more specifically she can try putting the files like so:

FHM files go into FH>Media>Terrains
FHO files go into FH>Media>Objects
FHS/FHW go into FH>Media>Sky
Music files go into FH>Media>Sounds/Music
Then restart the game

Thanks Suraga. However we were able to figure it out.

I told her to delete the map file and then restart her computer. Then I told her to put the file back in and on the FeralHeart game icon to right click and click "run as adminastrator." So in other words [SOLVED].

Thanks anyway. So yeah, it was a glitch. I know if I had it I'de go nuts... I hate having to restart computers and stoof..
