forgot pass and username glitch/error

every time i get the  code and  enter it it keeps saying  invlaid code  how can thecode be invalid each time  


also  when i click cant remember username?  it goes to cant remember pass? so i can get my user name to an  old  accso i cant  change the pass to any of my  accs even when i use my exsisting  i cant get the code to work i copied  and paste  typed it in manually  every time over 10 times  i get invalid code

Have you tried closing Feralheart, turning off your computer and logging back on???

If you forgot, Try looking at your Email address and see the information of your account OR check your Profile

You can also copy and paste the username/password from the email to the login

Also adding on what I said, You click on 'User Details' and it shows all your Username name and password.. And since your having trouble just change the password. Hope this helps

step 2 paste in code  to link ..... code failed...... no matter how many times even manually put


step 4  clicked   on forgot user name  took me to step 1 page  wtf why does it say forgot pass?


step 5 new e-mail new code  same as step 1  but  code failed again
