activating an account

Hello!
I have a friend who is trying to join but everytime he tries he never recieve the e- mail for activate the account?
What can be happening?

Maybe the email he put was mispelled or something? Make sure he checks his spam folder just in case it was put there.

Ya :c Unfortunately I can't think of anything that could have gone wrong besides an error in the email. Actually, sometimes verification emails can take up to a half hour to send. Try waiting for about 45 minutes or so and see if he gets anything.

All users receive a mail once they activate. It might be the case that they checked the wrong mail, or maybe even the mail provider having the preferences set to delete spam mail upon notice, cause we do send the activation mails, it's an automated process.
