Feralheart.exe has stopped working (cant get in ANY map)

so i know what everyone will say "uninstall it and re-download" BUT..i've done that and its still fighting with me by not letting me in............i've lost coonection in ficho and got "feralheart.exe has stopped working" so re-installed it tried again but in BONFIRE (just now) and got it again i've tried almost all my characters and its having none of it any suggestions?

It might be that a particle has doubled. Go into the Particles folder ( Feral Heart > Media > Particles) and delete any doubled partices,  ending with _0, if there are any.

Was this when Ficho and bonfire were crashed? I had a lot of the same kind of problem. I fixed it by reseting my chars home ,sending them home and then re-downloading.  Perhaps this will work?

To add to what jay warfang said, you reset ur characters home by logging in at the top right of the site and clicking character reset then you just loggin with the same user and password you use for the forums.

Open the options and scroll down. Change the view distance to 0, and turn off the water reflection. This is what helped me the first time I had this issue.

Well I know it isn't any dll files that are missing, because this would cauae FeralHeart to crash upon opening it.

It wouldn't be double particle copies, because it would've crashed upon opening FeralHeart.

Plus, also to add to what Bloo has added. If reseting the character doesn't work, then the server is just being weird again, but I haven't heard about it this month, so not likely. If you don't want to reset your character then you'll have to wait for the number to drop. However I'd recommend to reset it.

Just another fact, it is normzl to experience the 'FeralHeart.exe crashed' when going into maps sometimes.
