Maybe the custom map is down? Try disabling water reflections and then enter the map. If this doesn't work, then it probably is. Also, if you seek a way to get your characters out of that loop of crashes, all you have to do is log onto the yellow-orange box at the top right of the site, then select Character Reset. Log in there, and click 'Go Home' for the locked characters.
